University of Pittsburgh

Ann Fessler, author of The Girls Who Went Away, will visit Pittsburgh on September 22 to show a film she is making about the women in her book and their world. Fessler will be speaking in the Frick Fine Arts Auditorium on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh at 8:00 p.m. on September 22.

Fessler’s talk is sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh School of Arts and Sciences, the Women’s Studies Program and the Department of English.
